By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
1.1 We are committed to delivering high-conversion websites and funnels.
To ensure client satisfaction, we provide:
* Unlimited revision rounds until the Client is fully satisfied with the deliverable.
* Ongoing technical support during and after project completion.
1.2 Due to the custom and digital nature of our services, monetary refunds are not issued once project work has commenced. Instead, we honor our 100% satisfaction guarantee by providing unlimited revisions until the final product meets the Client’s requirements.
2. Non-Refundable Services
2.1 The following services and costs are strictly non-refundable once purchased or activated:
* Hosting Packages – Including cloud hosting, backups, security updates, and technical maintenance.
* Domain Registrations – Any domains purchased on behalf of the Client.
* Third-Party Tools or Licenses – Costs for integrations, plugins, or third-party platforms procured for the project.
2.2 Any expenses incurred for third-party services requested by the Client are billed directly to the Client and cannot be refunded.
3. Refund Request & Revision Process
3.1 Clients who are dissatisfied with the delivered work must notify us in writing at support@Gencofunnels.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.
3.2 Upon receiving such a request, we will:
* Review the Client’s feedback and requested revisions.
* Provide updates or revised deliverables within 24–48 hours, depending on scope.
* Continue revisions until the Client confirms satisfaction.
3.3 Failure by the Client to provide timely feedback or brand assets may delay revisions, and Gencofunnels shall not be held responsible for such delays.
4. Processing Timeline
4.1 Revision requests are acknowledged within 24 business hours.
4.2 Implementation of revisions will be completed within 24–48 business hours, depending on complexity.
4.3 No refunds will be processed in cash, bank transfer, or credit once project work has commenced.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 Gencofunnels' liability is limited strictly to the provision of revisions as per the Satisfaction Guarantee.
5.2 Under no circumstances shall Gencofunnels be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
6. Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
